MAXIMUM STATION RANGE

How far can we extend the station range when a customer asks to put tool with an across corners over the range listed for that station? Example: On an AT tool, .200 X 2.000 RT. The diagonal (across corners) measurement is 2.010 This officially puts the tool into a 3 Sta. D range 2.001-3.500. If the customer comes back and asks if we can push the tool down into a 2 Sta. C, look to the below charge to find out if it is possible. Note: even if tool size fits into the allowable oversize amount, we still must warn customer that buy pushing the station range, the corners of the punch may be slightly broke or radiused.
